Mental Training:

1) Don’t Allow Blame and Negativity to slow you down.

George Bernard Shaw
People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can’t find them, make them.

Stop making excuses and take responsibility

Elmer G. Letterman
“A man may fall many times but he won’t be a failure until he says someone pushed him.”

2) Allow Positivity to shine.

Ralph Marston
“See the positive possibilities. Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination.”

“Don’t lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your level of performance to meet your expectations. Expect the best of yourself, and then do what is necessary to make it a reality.”

“Excellence is not a skill. It is an attitude.”

Start to be Positive and Positive things will start

Willie Nelson

“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.”

3) Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t acheive your goals.

“Losers quit when they’re tired…Champions quit when they hold the gold.”
—Unknown

“My boyfriend said if I spend one more weekend at the gym he’ll leave me…I’m sure gonna miss him.”
—Unknown

“Failure will hurt but not hinder us.”

—Babcock

4) Believe in yourself.

“The only one who can tell you ‘you can’t’ is you. And you don’t have to listen.”
—Nike

5) Believe in those around you

Mark Twain

“Really great people make you feel that you, too, can become great.”
